What does scarcity mean to you? Not enough time, love, energy, sleep, money…? Many of us seem to be working from a place of fear. Fear of not having, or being, enough. What if we started working from a place of courage, bravery, or love? That would take some vulnerability, wouldn’t it? Feeling vulnerable is one of the toughest, but most rewarding emotions of being a human. It gets us outside our comfort zones and motivates us to be, do, or say things we may have never thought possible inside those comfort zones.
One of my favorite authors, Brene Brown said, “People are sick and tired of being afraid all the time. People want to be brave again. So the message is, do it! Get your courage on, but be clear that it won't be easy. It's going to feel like shit." If you can get past the shit, just think of the possibilities!
How to get your courage on:
1. Identify your comfort zone.
2. Step outside of your comfort zone.
3. Admit your fears.
4. Face your fears.
5. Continue to learn from your fears and accept new challenges.

When you don't feel "good enough" for someone else
Enough about others,
What about yourself?
When you feel sad and blue
You know what to do
Pull yourself up to your highest potential
Because you are enough, and so much more
