Clinical Supervision

Supervision of new therapists is a specialty and passion of Hannah Dudley, LMFT. Providing supervision for over 10 years, she is qualified and skilled to provide supervision to mental health professionals seeking Colorado LMFT and/or LPC licensure.

Individual Supervision

As a LMFT and AAMFT Approved Supervisor, as well as the former Internship Training Manager at a highly sought-after training site, I am incredibly enthusiastic about providing professional, ethical, & systemic supervision, with an emphasis on self-as-therapist and systemic case management. My approach is strengths-based, developmental, and collaborative in nature, utilizing a variety of methods.

During supervision, we will work towards helping you feel more confident and competent in your skills and interventions, as well as talk about how clients are impacting you and how to manage your own reactions, so that you not only grow professionally, but also personally. I will help you grow in the ways you want to grow, while also ensuring you become more systemically astute and are introduced to new models and ideas. Overall, I want you to feel supported and excited about your career ahead!

Individual supervision rate: $140*/hour

*Agreed upon rate will depend on the setting in which the supervisee works and the salary they receive or hourly rate they charge for services.

SUPERVISION GROUP

This group is appropriate for those in private practice or agency work looking to supplement their individual supervision with a dynamic group setting.

Group supervision offers many valuable additions:

Variety of perspectives and approaches from the supervisor and other clinicians in the group.
Built-in support network.
Saves you money - a great way to receive high quality supervision at a reduced fee!

Group is conducted virtually on a Friday morning from 9am-11am, once per month. *Inquire for upcoming dates & to sign up!

group supervision rate = $65/hour

Candidates for Colorado LMFT licensure are able to count 50 supervision hours (of their 100 required) in the group format. LPC candidates for CO licensure currently do not have a limit to their group supervision hours.

I had incredible supervision mentors during all levels of my training (from grad school through my own AAMFT Approved Supervisor status, acquired in 2014) and strive to provide that same experience to other supervisors-in-training.

Having supervised well over 50 different professionals-in-training over the last 10 + years, I have a variety of experience (and continued education) to pull from in supporting your personal journey as a supervisor.

Supervision mentorship rate:

Pay-as-you-go = $175/hour

Prepay 18 hours package = $2,970 ($165/hour)

Full 36-hour package = $5,580 ($155/hour)

Because this is a long-term mentorship relationship focused on leadership, ethics, and the development of your supervisory identity, I’ve structured my rates to reflect the scope and value of that process. I offer options for pay-as-you-go or bundled rates if you’d like to pre-commit to larger portions of the 36 hours required by AAMFT.
