Many people often feel nervous, irritable, and fatigued from daily life stressors. But when these symptoms are long lasting and interfere with your daily life, I’m here to help. Each issue has its own unique set of symptoms and while depression and anxiety are different, people can often experience both.

IT'S OKAY TO FEEL HOW YOU FEEL. AND TRYING NOT TO FEEL IT WON'T MAKE IT GO AWAY.

When you try to ignore the way you feel inside, it's like trying to ignore a two year old who is throwing a temper tantrum - they get louder, and louder, and louder. It's the same with your feelings. When you ignore them, rather than going away, they keep popping up more and more trying to force you to say "what's going on here?" and "what do I need to attend to?"

It may feel difficult, or even overwhelming, to consider contacting a therapist to address the stress, depression, or anxiety you are feeling - I understand. Whether you're hesitating because you think you should be able to handle it, you feel like you just need to toughen up, you're feeling too exhausted to make the appointment, or the thought of coming to talk about these feelings is too daunting, I want to support you.

I also think you are capable of asking for help... after all, you made it to this page. This tells ME you know (even if it's somewhere deep down) it doesn't have to be like this and that you are worthy of living a happier, healthier, and more balanced life.

If you feel like you're losing hope that change can happen - that's okay. I'll hold onto that hope for you until you get there. Take the step to get into contact with me, and I'll be your companion on this journey.

JUST WHEN THE CATERPILLAR THOUGHT THE WORLD WAS ENDING, SHE BECAME A BUTTERFLY.
