My Practice

Marriage & Family Therapists (MFT’s) earn their title through extensive education and training in human development (normative and not), relationships (of all shapes and make-up), and the environments (personal, social, cultural, etc.) that impact them.

Whether you are seeking services as an individual, couple, or family, I will take into account all your many parts, identities, contexts, and experiences.

My Approach

Having experienced major life shifts myself, I know it can be scary, painful, uncomfortable, and messy. I am a real person with real pain points and experiences that influence my approach.

However, I know no two journeys are the same, so I’m sure to get to know each unique client to discover how I can provide safety, non-judgement, support, and guidance where you need it most.

MEET HANNAH

“The road may not be clear, smooth, or what you expected, but with me on your side, hearing you out, embracing the unique you, hope can be found and nourished. ”

Hannah Dudley, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family TherapisT

EMDR Certified, EMDRIA Approved consultant

she/her; pronounced “Hawn-uh”

Hannah’s clients will learn to accept themselves for who they are, recognize the sources of their pain, gain awareness of their patterns, and learn tools to change the cycles that aren’t working for them. Truly integrative in her approach, you can expect a range of techniques and tools.

She can be described as down-to-earth, intuitive, and organized. Clients have provided feedback that Hannah has a unique knack at being real, honest, and personable in her connection with them. Working with Hannah, you will explore and examine at a profound degree, while knowing you have someone invested in a collaborative approach, and you’ll probably laugh more than expected.

Hannah received her MS in Human Development & Family Studies (with specialization in Marriage & Family Therapy) from Colorado State University in 2009. Following graduation, Hannah worked for 2 years providing intensive in-home family therapy with Jefferson Center for Mental Health, then 4 years at Judi’s House, a highly respected bereavement center for children and their families in Denver, CO, serving as a Grief Counselor & Internship Training Manager. She completed her EMDR basic training in April 2020, earned Certification May 2022, and became an Approved Consultant December 2023. Her informal/life credentials include growing up in a small town, witnessing a variety of death losses (from friends to grandparents to beloved pets), a 15 year (& counting) romantic relationship, and a long infertility journey that resulted in facing a future of Childless Not By Choice.

Hannah enjoys being connected in the community and with young professionals, previously serving on the board of the Colorado Association of Marriage & Family Therapy, as an adjunct faculty member (mostly supervising Internship) for University of Colorado-Denver and Regis University, and guest speaking at related events/classes when able.
